It鈥檚 a familiar question Liz Anderson hears (especially during the winter) when folks discover she鈥檚 from Los Angeles.
Her answer? 鈥淓very city has its charms.鈥�
So does radio, which has charmed her since college. As a freshman, Liz was offered her first job as afternoon news anchor and weekend music DJ at her college station, WOCG, which has since changed to WJOU.
Since then, her career and education have included news and announcing work in country radio (WDRM), a year in Spain, work in Christian talk and gospel radio formats (KWVE, WAVA, WRC-AM), time as a teacher and earning a master鈥檚 degree at American University.
Anderson has been an anchor and reporter for 小萝莉影视, occasionally producing and associated producing for the station since first joining in 2014.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys reading random books, writing, singing and collecting personal stories from family members. Liz is also teaching herself to play guitar with instruction books, YouTube tutorials and tips from a really cool guy who plays pretty darn well.
Food loves? Soul, Mexican, Indian, Italian, and vegetarian comfort food, and haystacks.
