Germantown woman, 73, dead after walking into path of tractor-trailer following I-95 crash

A woman is dead after a crash on Interstate 95 in Howard County, Maryland, which caused major traffic delays Wednesday night.

The initial crash happened at 6:30 p.m. on I-95 near the Howard County rest area in Laurel.

According to Maryland State Police, the driver of a blue Honda, Candy Noonan, 73, of Germantown, clipped the front of a tractor-trailer while trying to change lanes.
