WASHINGTON 鈥 Southwest airlines apologized to passengers Sunday, as delays caused by computer problems forced the carrier to manually process some passengers.
The glitches are affecting the company鈥檚 website, mobile app and reservations centers.
Southwest estimates聽the problem is impacting 250 flights, out of approximately 3,600 scheduled.
The airline is asking passengers to arrive at least two hours before their scheduled departures 鈥渢o help minimize delays.鈥 This affects all airports.
