WASHINGTON – NBC 4 is reporting that Metro will issue more than 500 refunds to riders who complained about delays this past week on the Red Line.

Three rush-hour delays along the busy commuter corridor angered riders this week and to issue an apology. He also pledged to make changes as a result of the maintenance problems that triggered the single-tracking and overcrowding.
More than 300 passengers have already received refunds. Metro was working to refund the remaining passengers who filed complaints, according to NBC 4.
