WASHINGTON — Justin Bieber is either the coolest guy alive, or the biggest jerk. He’s probably OK with either distinction, based on this deposition video .
The pop star was in Miami last week to answer questions about a battery lawsuit filed last summer by photographer Jeffrey Binion. But Bieber didn’t answer any questions at all.
