WATCH LIVE: House vote expected on 25th Amendment resolution

The House of Representatives will return to the floor Tuesday, after Republicans blocked a resolution calling on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke constitutional authority to remove President Donald Trump from office.

The full House is to hold a roll call vote, which is expected to pass. After that, House Speaker Pelosi said, Pence will have 24 hours to respond. Next would come impeachment proceedings.
